All our flowers are premium quality and durable, and every small detail shows that they were modelled on real plants. If you don't want to compromise between looks and quality, FLORM is the best choice.

We carry three main types:

• Silk flowers – These are the most lifelike and the most finely crafted. They look beautiful in a vase or in a bouquet, and are almost indistinguishable from real flowers.
• Plastic flowers – These are the simpler type. Less lifelike, but durable and more affordable.

Foam flowers – These are very light and easy to combine. They look lovely in arrangements, wreaths or for decorative purposes.

FLORM flowers are truly lifelike – many of our customers think they are looking at real flowers at first. We use premium materials and pay attention to every detail, so they genuinely look as if you had just picked them from the garden. Look at them up close and you'll see how meticulously they are crafted.

Mostly because they are beautiful and practical at the same time. You don't have to look after them, they don't wilt, they don't drop leaves, and nothing happens to them even if you travel or are away from home. They are also cost-effective, since they stay beautiful for years and you can reuse them in many different arrangements.

Artificial flowers are made from silk, plastic or various textiles, and look almost exactly like real flowers – except that they need no watering, no sunlight and no special care. They stay beautiful for many years, hassle-free.

Within the EU, you will usually receive your parcel within 1–3 working days.

You will see the exact delivery time when you complete your order.

We usually hand orders over to the courier within 24–48 hours. If you order on a weekday, we pack and ship it the same day or the next day.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking code so you can check where your order is at any time.

Your parcels are delivered by GLS, both within Hungary and to EU countries. If you give your phone number when ordering, GLS will also notify you about the delivery by SMS.

No. We currently only ship within the European Union, so no customs duties or import VAT are charged on your order. The prices shown are gross prices and already include VAT.

You can choose from several payment options:

• Bank card: We accept both Visa and Mastercard
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: If you use either of them, you can conveniently pay with it too.

Yes, we currently ship to 14 countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. The shipping fee is a flat 7,300 Ft, which checkout shows in your chosen currency.

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on the order under "My orders". If you get stuck anywhere or have a question, feel free to write to us, or click the chat icon in the bottom right corner and choose "Track order". Make sure you have your tracking code to hand!

  If you feel you've been waiting too long, feel free to contact us and we'll look into your order.
• Always give accurate delivery details:
  When ordering, make sure your address and contact details are correct, so your parcel reaches you without any problems.
• Be patient: Delivery times can depend on where you order to and which courier we use. With a little patience, your long-awaited flowers will surely arrive!

It's very rare, but mistakes can happen – if you accidentally received a different product from the one you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll make sure the situation is resolved quickly.

If there is any problem with your parcel – for example, a product arrived damaged – please let us know as soon as possible! We'll gladly help you get it replaced or refunded quickly.

You cannot cancel an order by simply not accepting the parcel. If you'd like to return it, please let us know first and we'll help you with everything. You can find the detailed rules here.

It's very easy: use our contact page to request a return label. Just click the link, enter your order number and email address, and we'll send you the next steps.

Once your parcel has arrived back with us, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest.

Please note: refusing to accept the parcel does not count as an official return. Please always let us know in advance that you intend to return an item.

We want you to be truly happy with your FLORM flowers. If for any reason you change your mind, you can send them back to us within 14 days of receiving the parcel, and we will refund the purchase price.

Please keep a few things in mind when returning a product:

• The flowers must be returned in their original condition.
• The product must not be used or damaged.
• Please return every flower with its complete original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Of course! You can choose which flowers we use for your bouquet. There are lots of flowers to pick from, so you'll surely find the combination that suits you perfectly. You can even choose a vase to go with it for a truly stylish result.

There are endless creative options – here are a few tips to help you choose:

• Match the flowers to the style of your home!
  It's important to choose flowers that harmonise with your interior. In a modern, minimalist space, simple and elegant flowers work best. In a more classic home, feel free to go for richer, fuller arrangements.
  
  
• Pay attention to proportions!
  In small rooms, choose smaller flowers or bouquets so the space doesn't feel crowded. In larger rooms, go for bigger, more statement pieces.
  
  

Play with textures and colours! Combining flowers of different textures and colours makes the whole look more exciting and alive – for example, silky petals next to velvety leaves, or vivid flowers paired with more muted shades.

We recommend FLORM flowers primarily for indoor decoration. They don't cope well with direct sunlight, rain or extreme weather. Indoors, however, they stay beautiful for years!

For a very long time! FLORM flowers keep their beauty for years – they don't wilt and they don't fade. The better you look after them, the longer you can enjoy them.

We use renewable energy in the production process to minimise our ecological footprint, and we keep looking for new ways to make the world more beautiful, sustainable and liveable.

It's very simple, as they really need minimal care:

• Wipe or dust them from time to time with a soft brush, a feather duster or a hairdryer (on the cold setting).
• If they get dirty, you can wash them in lukewarm water with a little mild soap. Rinse them thoroughly afterwards and let them air-dry.
• Keep them out of direct sunlight and strong heat, as these can cause fading or damage over time.
• When not in use, store them in a cool, dry place so they stay beautiful for as long as possible.
• Never use harsh chemicals or cleaning products on them, as these can damage the material.
• If you store them for a longer period, it's practical to keep them in a closed box so they stay dust-free.
