Shipping methods and rates

Home delivery with GLS

Your order is delivered by our partner GLS.

  • Home delivery within Hungary: 2,000 HUF
  • Free home delivery on orders over 20,000 HUF
  • Cash on delivery fee: 650 HUF

The delivery fee includes:

  • Delivery on the working day following collection, between 8am and 5pm, within Hungary
  • Parcel insurance up to 50,000 HUF
  • Track & Trace parcel tracking and a downloadable proof of delivery
  • Three delivery attempts

When your parcel is dispatched we notify you by email that it will be delivered on the next working day; the notification includes the parcel number. On the morning of delivery you receive a further notification with the courier's phone number, the GLS customer service number and a 3-hour delivery window. If delivery is unsuccessful, you can request a new date, a different address or a GLS ParcelShop by email. If you provide your phone number when ordering, GLS will also notify you by SMS.

Timings:

  • Average order processing and dispatch time: 1–3 working days
  • For items arriving from an external warehouse: 15–21 working days
  • Average delivery time from dispatch: 2–4 working days

Collection in person

You are welcome to collect your order in person at our office, free of charge.

We arrange the collection time by email or phone once your order is ready. Average order processing time: 1–3 working days.

International shipping

Flat rate: 7,300 HUF, regardless of order value.

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duty and import VAT under the destination country's rules is payable by the recipient.

About the rates

All rates shown include VAT and are given in Hungarian forint. The exact shipping cost for your order is always displayed at checkout once you enter your address, before payment.
